Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic orders.

Carriers We ship using a mix of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) based on the fastest and most cost-effective option available at the time of shipment.

Domestic Shipping (US Only) We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at esenciacandleco@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
